The buyer - a natural or legal person who has entered into a business relationship with
STARBRANDS OUTLET, Ltd.

What to do when shopping:
1. The buyer sends a picture of your child (full size from your digital camera), e-mail to info@darlingstickers.com. Buyer e-mails indicating the details: your name, delivery address and the number of stickers.
2. The seller, after receiving an e-mail with a photograph and details of the buyer confirms the quality
of documents (documents that are suitable for printing stickers) and send it to the buyer a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation email will be referred to the method of payment (account number).
3. The seller, after receiving the payment from the buyer sent the buyer sticker to the address above no later than 7 working days. Price stickers are a 9 € / 12 $ to the VAT, including postage.
Order:
The seller delivers the goods to the buyer by email from the buyer. The condition of the completion of all mandatory information (name, delivery address, quantity). Binding order confirmation arises between the buyer and seller business relationship. Return:
The buyer has the right, without giving any reason to withdraw from the contract within seven working days after the conclusion of the contract under Law. 108/2000 § 12 Z.z. written notification to the email address info@darlingstickers.com. Goods must be returned by mail order. In order to return the goods may not have signs of use, must be in original undamaged packaging and must be complete. Goods must be sent with proof of purchase.
Cancellation of orders by the seller:
In the event that an order can not be mandatory to confirm if the buyer incorrect phone number or e-mail, the seller reserves the right to cancel orders.
Terms of delivery:
Goods (sticker) will be delivered from 7 working days from payment of goods stickers. For the longer term supply of buyers will be informed of this fact.

Returns policy:
All the complaints are solved via e-mail: info@darlingstickers.com or by writing to company during working days. In the case of a complaint, please write to us - the number of orders or invoices, goods name, a brief description of the defect, your name and phone number. The claims must be accompanied by proof of payment of goods.
After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible. Complaints will be fitted within 30 days. Complaints assessed in accordance with the manufacturer's goods. After the complaint we will send goods or money to your chosen address and / or account.
Warranty:
All the goods are set by law warranty period of 24 months unless otherwise indicated. The guarantee does not apply to defects caused by misuse.
Final provisions:
